CF Hospitality is lead by Chris Fernandez an acclaimed chef and restaurant professional based in the Bay Area.

Chris started cooking at a young age developing a passion and love for the art and business that he has been immersed in ever since. After graduating from the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon, Chris headed to the Bay Area to cut his cooking chops with some of the greats like Paul Bertolli at Oliveto.

Chris went on to achieve critical success with his purist approach to cooking, garnering 3 star reviews for a number of high profile restaurants including Stars Bar and Dining, Poggio and Terrapin Crossroads.

After years of running successful 3 star restaurants, Chris transitioned into multi unit operations as Culinary Director for larger restaurant groups and Director of Operations for several companies including Merchants Exchange Productions, a prestigious San Francisco private event company.

In addition to his extensive knowledge of how successful restaurants run, is an un-wavering commitment to what he sees as the priority in every restaurant - the quality and consistency of the food being offered in tandem with operating a fiscally sound business.
