BiRite Markets

Provided the BiRite catering division insight and training to help improve the functionality of their software tools for efficiency in sales, operations and billing.

Cielito

Collaborated with the owner to define the concept, kitchen design and menu design. Trained the chef and culinary team on menu and recipe development. Launched a catering arm of the business.

Dillon Beach Resort

Worked with ownership and the team to expand the restaurant, general store and lodging operations. Introduced new software tools to help with scheduling, ordering and management operations. Supported the resort in post covid re launch.

The Cooperage

Redesigned the menu. Hired and trained a new chef and culinary team on updated recipes and techniques.

San Francisco Brewing Co.

Designed the kitchen and menu to support a casual brewpub. Trained chefs on the new recipes and execution of dishes.

Ciel Creative Space

Launched a multi-faceted events business in a large established photo and film studio space.
